900gsm PVC coated Pannama weave base cloth for printed sets and 800g for plain and Stencil/ Linework sets.

Instead of digitally printing graphics on a 900gsm material we can also do Sign writing on Truck tarps. The ink is sprayed onto the tarps by using a conventional compressor. Stencils are cut out of vinyl and applied into poasition before spray painting the graphics onto the curtains/tarps.

Glaze is a unique robust varnish which is sprayed over graphicks printed onto 900GSM curtains providing a high gloss finish. Glaze protects Graphics against peeling and fading. Glaze also helps to clean tarps easier as dirt doesn’t stick to the shiny Glazed finish.

Does Tarpcover do banners, signs and billboards. A. Yes we do. We supply and install black/white PVC banners as well as Mesh banners.
